In a stout field of 50 All Star Performance Challenge Series entries, Unzicker shot out to an early lead in his heat race but shredded an oil pump belt, dropping him to eighth.
Transferring into a B-Main on Saturday, Ryan charged from 16th-to-fifth, missing a transfer position into the main event by three cars. Receiving a provisional into the $34,000-to-win Wood Tic 100, Unzicker advanced through the field 19 spots in the 75-lap affair to register an impressive third-place finish. He trailed Eric Spangler and Devin Moran to the checkers with Chad Finley and Greg Gokey rounding out the Top-5.
