Seventh-place finish in Brownstown 100
Ryan Unzicker followed the MARS Late Model Championship Series to Brownstown Bullring (Brownstown, Ill.) on Friday afternoon to pilot his RJR Transportation No. 24 Late Model for the Brownstown 100.
Pinned on the sixth row for the $10,000-to-win A-Main via a fourth-place heat result, Unzicker climbed five positions in the 50-lap affair to finish seventh.
Saturday's USA World 50 at Paducah International Raceway (Paducah, Ky.) fell to inclement weather.
Ryan remains in second in the latest MARS point standings.
